Job Requirements
Civil Supervisors
- Diploma in Civil Engineering required
- Experience in solar projects preferred
- Knowledge of precast foundation installation, PCC, concreting, compaction, and excavation required
Mechanical Supervisors
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering required
- Experience in large solar projects mandatory
- Knowledge of tracker and module installation preferred
Electrical Supervisors
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering required
- Experience in LVDC cable installation, termination, string cabling, and MC4 termination preferred
Micro Piling Supervisors
- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering required
- Experience in piling, concreting, alignment, and finishing works preferred
Logistic Supervisors & Electrical Foreman
- Experience in cabling, stringing, MV termination, earthing, and solar electrical team handling preferred
Assistant Surveyors
- Experience in total station, GPS, auto level, and site measurements preferred
Electricians
- Experience in LVDC cabling, inverter station works, MV cabling, auxiliary wiring, and earthing required
Mechanical Fitters
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience required
Laser Operators
- Surveying and alignment experience preferred
- Solar project experience advantageous
