Qualification and Experience Requirements
Candidates applying for these Oman jobs must fulfill the following requirements:
Senior Technical Engineers (Electrical)
- Degree qualification required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance of transformers, GIS/AIS substations, batteries, and EAT maintenance
Electrical Engineers
- Degree qualification required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance of 132kV and above grid stations
- Experience in transformers, GIS substations, panels, battery banks, and OHL required
Protection Engineers (Electrical)
- Degree qualification required
- Minimum 6 years of experience in transmission utilities up to 400kV systems
Protection Technicians (Electrical)
- ITI or Diploma qualification required
- Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience preferred
Electrical Technicians (Sub Stations)
- ITI or Diploma qualification required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in substations and overhead lines
Overhead Linesmen (OHL)
- Relevant overhead line maintenance experience preferred
