Supervisor Valve Shop – Requirements
Candidates applying for Supervisor Valve Shop positions should meet the following criteria:
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required
- 8 to 12 years of experience as Valve Maintenance Supervisor in:
- Refinery Projects
- Petrochemical Process Plants
Required Skills
- Experience with safety valves, relief valves, isolation valves, and flow regulating valves
- Knowledge of valve repair techniques and valve components
- Familiarity with online calibration techniques for safety valves (Trivia Test)
- Knowledge of API standards related to valve testing
- Ability to use measuring instruments and testing equipment
Scheduler – Requirements
Qualification
- Vocational Training / Apprenticeship / ITI / Diploma / Degree
Experience Required
- 4 to 8 years of refinery or petrochemical maintenance experience
Required Skills
- Primavera P6 knowledge mandatory
- Experience with Maximo and MS Office applications
- Record maintenance and preparation of routine and non-routine maintenance documents
Balance Machine Operator – Requirements
Qualification
- Vocational Training / Apprenticeship / ITI Mechanical / Machinist / Fitter
Experience Required
- 4 to 6 years of experience operating balancing and machining equipment in refinery or petrochemical industries
Required Skills
- Rotor balancing and precision metal cutting
- Drilling, cutting, and heat exchanger retubing
- Scraping, chiseling, filling, and lapping work
- Knowledge of refinery safety practices and PPE usage
Bench Fitter – Requirements
Qualification
- Vocational Training / Apprenticeship / ITI Mechanical / Machinist / Fitter
Experience Required
- 4 to 6 years of refinery or petrochemical maintenance experience
Required Skills
- Balancing and machining maintenance work
- General fitting duties using hand and machine tools
- Drilling, cutting, retubing, scraping, chiseling, and lapping operations
- Knowledge of refinery safety standards and PPE practices
