Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in solar or renewable energy projects
• Age limit: 28 to 46 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
• NABCEP certification or equivalent preferred
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical design

Required Skills & Experience

Applicants should have experience in:

• Technical site assessments and feasibility studies for solar PV installations
• Installation, commissioning, and testing support
• Troubleshooting solar system issues and maintenance coordination
• Energy Storage Systems (ESS) and hybrid solar systems
• SCADA systems and remote monitoring platforms

Candidates should also have knowledge of the following software:

• AutoCAD
• PVsyst
• SketchUp
• PV*Sol
