All candidates must have actual experience in PP Woven Sack / FIBC / Raffia Industry

| Loom Operators | Circular loom (Lohia, Starlinger) experience |
| Loom Technicians | Loom maintenance & setup |
| Needle Loom Operators | High-speed needle loom operation |
| Buffle Tailors | Baffle bag stitching specialists |
| Lofil Printing Operators | Low-speed printing on woven sacks |
| Manual Printing Operators | Screen printing on PP bags |
| Flexo Printing Operators | Flexographic printing experience |
| Lamination Operators | Extrusion coating / lamination |
| Plant Electricians | Factory electrical maintenance |
| HVAC Technicians | Central / package AC maintenance |
| Motor Winders | Electric motor rewinding |
