• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 5–7 years of experience in high-rise building construction projects
• Experience in HVAC systems, plumbing systems, site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning
• UAE construction experience is highly preferred

Electrical Engineer

Applicants should possess:

• BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• 5–7 years of experience in high-rise building projects
• Experience in electrical installation, site supervision, testing, commissioning, and Low Voltage (LV) systems
• UAE experience preferred

Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Candidates should have:

• BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 5–7 years of experience in high-rise building construction
• Experience in quantity surveying, measurement, invoicing, billing, and contract administration

QA/QC Manager

Applicants should possess:

• BE / B.Tech in Engineering
• 8–15 years of experience in QA/QC management for high-rise construction projects
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance systems, inspections, documentation, and compliance

Commercial Manager

Candidates should have:

• BE / B.Tech in Engineering
• 8–15 years of experience in commercial management
• Expertise in contract administration, subcontractor management, cost control, invoicing, and billing
• Strong commercial and project management skills
