Final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, technical skills, and company evaluation.
Fabrication Foreman
Candidates should have:
- Experience in structural steel fabrication projects
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to read fabrication and structural drawings
- Knowledge of fabrication procedures and quality standards
Structural Steel Fabricator
Applicants should have:
- Experience in structural steel fabrication
- Ability to read fabrication drawings
- Knowledge of cutting, fitting, welding, and assembly work
- Good understanding of workshop safety practices
Structural Steel Erector
Candidates should possess:
- Experience in structural steel erection projects
- Ability to install and align structural steel components
- Knowledge of site safety procedures
- Experience working with cranes and lifting operations is an advantage
Fabrication Foreman Benefits
- Salary: OMR 350–400
- Food Allowance Included
- Fixed Monthly Overtime Allowance
- Free Accommodation
- Free Transportation
- Duty Timing: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Friday & Saturday
- Additional work on Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, and extended hours is covered under the fixed overtime arrangement
Structural Steel Fabricator & Erector Benefits
- Salary: OMR 150–170
- Food Allowance: OMR 25
- Overtime as applicable
- Free Accommodation
- Free Transportation
- Duty Timing: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Candidates should have:
- Experience in structural steel fabrication or structural steel erection
- Relevant technical knowledge
- Ability to read fabrication drawings
- Good understanding of fabrication tools and equipment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant Gulf or industrial project experience.
