UAE Jobs 2026 – Onshore Projects | Latest Vacancies
International Experts Hub is recruiting experienced candidates for ADNOC onshore projects in the UAE. Multiple positions are available for professionals with relevant oil and gas, lifting, rigging, safety, civil and mechanical project experience.

UAE Jobs 2026 – Available Vacancies
1. Lift Supervisor
Salary: AED 7,000
Experience: 6–7 years
Candidates should have strong knowledge of lifting and rigging operations, including cranes, lifting equipment, rigging accessories and load-handling activities. The role also requires the ability to read lifting plans, supervise riggers and operators, and ensure safe lifting operations.
Relevant lifting or rigging certification will be an added advantage.
2. Chinese Translator
Salary: AED 4,000
Work Location: Site-based
Languages: Chinese, English and Hindi
Candidates must be proficient in Chinese, English and Hindi. Previous experience as a Chinese translator or interpreter, preferably in a site or project environment, is required. The role involves translating technical, safety and site-related instructions and supporting communication between Chinese-speaking teams and other project staff.
3. HSSE Officer – Onshore ADNOC Projects
Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or an equivalent discipline.
NEBOSH IGC is mandatory.
Applicants should have at least 1 year of ADNOC project experience and 3 years of EPC project experience. Previous onshore oil and gas experience is preferred.

4. Job Performer – Civil
Salary: AED 4,000–5,000
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification
- ADNOC-approved Civil Job Performer Certification is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of civil construction experience in oil and gas projects
- Experience working inside ADNOC facilities with PTW system exposure
- Knowledge of concreting, formwork, reinforcement, foundations and paving
- Knowledge of ADNOC PTW, LSR and HSE requirements
- Ability to read civil drawings and method statements
5. Job Performer – Mechanical
Salary: AED 4,000–5,000
Candidates should have a Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 1 year of oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery or EPC project experience.
ADNOC approval and existing account experience are mandatory.
Knowledge of piping, static equipment, rotating equipment, structures, PTW systems and isolation procedures is required.
