The recruitment drive is aimed at experienced technical professionals with backgrounds in industrial plants, automation, production machinery, boilers, water treatment and AAC or lightweight concrete manufacturing.

Saudi Arabia AAC Plant Jobs 2026 – Available Vacancies
1. Boiler, Water Treatment & Autoclave Operator
Candidates should have a Technical Diploma or Vocational Certificate along with 3–4 years of industrial experience in boilers, water treatment systems or autoclaves.
Experience in AAC or lightweight concrete manufacturing is preferred. Applicants should understand steam systems, RO water treatment, softeners, chemical dosing, autoclaves and pressure vessels. Familiarity with industrial safety standards is also required.
Basic English communication skills are required, while Arabic knowledge will be an advantage.
Experience Required: Minimum 3–4 years
Preferred: 2 years in AAC manufacturing or lightweight concrete block industry
2. Automation & PLC Engineer – AAC Plant
The Automation & PLC Engineer position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Instrumentation & Control or a related field.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in industrial automation, PLC programming and control systems. Knowledge of Siemens PLC, WinCC, TIA Portal, HMI, SCADA, VFDs, Profibus and Modbus is required.
Experience in AAC manufacturing or lightweight concrete block production is preferred. Good English communication skills are required.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
Preferred: 2 years in AAC manufacturing or lightweight concrete block industry
Production & Machine Operator Jobs in Saudi Arabia
3. Production Machine Operator – AAC Plant
Candidates should hold a Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification and have at least 2 years of machine operation experience in industrial manufacturing.
Experience in AAC or lightweight concrete manufacturing is preferred. Applicants should be capable of operating automated production equipment and should have basic English communication skills.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Preferred: 2 years in AAC manufacturing or lightweight concrete block industry
4. Reinforced Lintel Cutting Machine Operator
Applicants should have a Technical Diploma or Vocational Certificate with at least 3 years of experience operating industrial production machinery.
Experience in AAC lintel or panel production and lightweight concrete block manufacturing is preferred. Candidates should be able to read production drawings, follow specifications and understand basic quality control and safety procedures.
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Preferred: 2 years in AAC lintel/panel production or lightweight concrete block industry
