This is an urgent requirement from one of the largest groups of companies in Bahrain for their MEP/HVAC Trading & Contracting Division. About the Opportunity
Talentrio, a reputed recruitment firm since 1994, is hiring experienced professionals for long-term contracts in Bahrain. The project offers 8 hours duty + 2 hours daily OT, free accommodation, medical, insurance, and transport. Immediate departure is possible for selected candidates. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
Open Positions
MEP Supervisors (15 Nos.) Salary: BD 500 – 650 Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 7 to 10 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess leadership skills to manage teams. Familiarity with BMS and energy management is essential.
BMS Technicians (06 Nos.) Salary: BD 230 – 260 ITI or Diploma holders with 5 to 7 years of experience in HVAC, Lighting, Firefighting, and BMS integration. Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining BMS systems.
HVAC Technicians (30 Nos.) Salary: BD 180 – 250 ITI or Diploma holders with 5 to 7 years of experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Chillers, Package Units, Ductable Split, AHU, FCU, etc.
Ind. Electricians (30 Nos.) Salary: BD 180 – 250 ITI or Diploma holders with 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial electrical systems, 3 Phase motors, control panels, and cable termination. Ability to read electrical drawings is required.
Plumbers (30 Nos.) Salary: BD 180 – 250 5 to 7 years of experience in inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, fixtures, water heaters, pumps, and drainage systems.
Key Requirements
- Relevant qualification (ITI/Diploma preferred)
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as specified
- Strong English communication skills
- Passport ready with recent photos and certificates
- Age and medical fitness as per client standards
