This is a long-term offshore project offering stable employment and career growth opportunities for experienced professionals in water treatment and plant operations.
Offshore Duty Schedule
Selected candidates will work on the following rotation:
- 90 Days On Duty
- 30 Days Off Duty
This rotation allows employees to balance offshore work assignments with scheduled leave periods.

Available Vacancies
STP Plant Operator
Salary: AED 1,800 ā AED 2,000
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor sewage treatment plant systems.
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting.
- Maintain operational records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards.
RO Plant Operator
Salary: AED 1,800 ā AED 2,000
Responsibilities
- Operate reverse osmosis water treatment systems.
- Monitor water quality parameters.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain plant efficiency and production standards.
Mechanical Technician
Salary: AED 1,800 ā AED 2,000
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot pumps, motors, valves, and treatment plant machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities.
- Support plant operation teams during shutdowns and repairs.
E&I Technician (Electrical & Instrumentation)
Salary: AED 1,800 ā AED 2,000
Responsibilities
- Maintain electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Troubleshoot control panels, sensors, and automation equipment.
- Perform calibration and testing activities.
- Ensure safe operation of plant electrical systems.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Diploma or ITI qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in STP Operation & Maintenance (O&M).
- Strong troubleshooting experience in water treatment projects.
- Previous UAE or GCC experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of offshore or industrial plant operations is preferred.
- Valid passport and supporting documentation.
