Available Job Positions & Salary
1. Restaurant Head Coach / Restaurant Manager
- Salary: 3000 SAR + 170 SAR meal coupon
- After certification: 3200 SAR + performance bonus (1400–1600 SAR)
2. Restaurant Coach / Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Salary: 2200 SAR + 170 SAR meal coupon
- After certification: 2500 SAR + performance bonus (900–1100 SAR)
3. Quality Control Coach (QCC)
- Salary: 1900 SAR + 170 SAR meal coupon
- After certification: 2300 SAR + performance bonus (1000–1150 SAR)
4. CTM (Coach Team Member)
- Salary: 1650 SAR + 170 SAR meal coupon
- After 3 months: Performance bonus 350 SAR
- After 6–9 months: Performance bonus up to 925 SAR
Eligibility Criteria
