Job Responsibilities:

• Manage PPM activities, data entry, and monthly reporting
• Handle purchase requests and material enquiries
• Prepare and submit site reports to clients
• Manage calls and communication

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

2. Fire Alarm Technician

Requirements:

• ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics
• 3–5 years of experience in installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance
• Ability to coordinate between office, site engineers, and clients
• Experience with software like Maximo, CAFM, SAP preferred

3. Fire Fighting Technician

Requirements:

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in fire protection systems
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Knowledge of systems like sprinklers, loop testers, and fire safety equipment
• Familiarity with brands such as Edwards, Honeywell, Notifier, Gent, Bosch, or Cooper

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate / ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or relevant field)
• Age: 28+ (Married candidates preferred)
• Relevant technical experience required
• Good communication and practical knowledge
