| Painter | 2,000 AED |
| Carpenter (Maintenance) | 2,000 AED |
- FM Engineer: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in facility management of high-rise buildings.
- FM Supervisor / Team Leader: Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with 5–6 years’ experience in facility management of high-rise buildings.
- Multi Skilled Technician: Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Electrician and/or Plumber.
- HVAC Technician: Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Painter: Minimum 5 years’ experience.
- Carpenter (Maintenance): Minimum 5 years’ experience.
- MEP Helper: Relevant experience in maintenance work is preferred.
