Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 – 12 years of relevant experience in conveyor belt maintenance projects
- Experience managing large industrial maintenance operations
- Strong leadership and project management skills
Conveyor Belt Engineer
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in conveyor belt systems
- Experience in conveyor belt design, installation, and maintenance
Maintenance Supervisor / Foreman
Requirements:
- 15 – 20 years of experience in conveyor belt maintenance supervision
- Ability to supervise maintenance teams and coordinate project activities
Conveyor Belt Maintenance Technicians
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in conveyor belt inspection, repair, and maintenance
- Knowledge of conveyor belt maintenance procedures and safety standards
Belt Vulcanizing Technicians
Requirements:
- 5 – 7 years of experience in conveyor belt vulcanizing
- Experience in hot and cold vulcanizing techniques
- Knowledge of finger joints and belt splicing
Labour / Helper Workers
Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years of experience assisting maintenance teams
- Experience in conveyor belt installation and repair activities preferred

- Relevant experience in conveyor belt maintenance or industrial maintenance projects
- Technical knowledge related to conveyor systems and equipment
- Ability to work in industrial and heavy equipment environments
