| Structural Managers | Degree / Diploma in Civil/Structural | 12–15 years in Oil & Gas projects |
| Structural Supervisors | Degree / Diploma in Civil/Structural | 8–12 years in Oil & Gas projects |
| Welding Supervisors | Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Welding | 10–15 years in Oil & Gas/Pipeline |
| Welding Foremen | Diploma / ITI + CSWIP/AWS preferred | 6–12 years in Oil & Gas/Pipeline welding |
Mandatory:
- All candidates must have Oil & Gas construction / pipeline / plant experience
- Aramco / Sabic / Saudi Aramco approval will be an added advantage
- Age below 48 years
- Immediate availability preferred
