Available Positions :
- French Pastry Sous Chef
- Must have 3–7 years of experience in high-end French patisserie
- Expert in laminated doughs, entremets, tarts, petit gateaux, chocolate work
- Age: 24–38 years | Fluent English mandatory
- Head Baker – Central Bakery Operations
- Minimum 5–10 years experience in large-scale bakery production
- Expert in artisan breads, viennoiserie, Arabic & international breads
- Must handle production planning, team management & quality control
- Age: 28–45 years | Excellent English communication
- Warehouse Manager (FMCG / Bakery Ingredients)
- 4–8 years experience in cold storage & dry warehouse management
- Strong knowledge of FIFO, stock rotation, inventory software, temperature control
- Team handling experience of 15–30 staff
- Age: 28–45 years | Fluent English required
