Available Positions :

Maintenance Manager

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in maintenance management within CEA (Controlled Environmental Agriculture) environments, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Proven experience in managing construction, commissioning, and maintenance of low-tech and high-tech greenhouses, including advanced systems like automatic fertigation, climate control, and hydroponics.
• Achievements: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for complex agricultural infrastructure.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or Horticultural Engineering, or a related field. Specialization in greenhouse technologies, climate control systems, or hydroponics is highly preferred.
• Certifications: Certifications in maintenance management, facilities management, or similar disciplines are advantageous.

Maintenance Team Leader

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Horticultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance roles, with at least 3 years of experience in CEA agricultural environments and 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Skills: Proven experience in maintenance of greenhouse systems, including advanced systems like automatic fertigation, climate control, and hydroponics.

Requirements :

• Candidates should have experience in controlled environmental agriculture.
