- Diploma holders: 3–5 years of relevant Gulf or overseas experience
- Degree holders (Mechanical Engineer & MEP Maintenance Manager): 6–8 years of experience
- ECNR passport preferred
- Age limit: Up to 45 years (relaxable for highly experienced candidates)
