- Relevant experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or shutdown/turnaround projects (GCC experience highly preferred)
- Technical qualifications in engineering, supervision, or specialized trades
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, PTW systems, QA/QC standards, and project execution
- Good communication skills in English
- Valid documents ready for immediate processing
