Descon specializes in shutdowns, maintenance, plant construction, and long-term projects in refineries, petrochemicals, and upstream facilities across Abu Dhabi and other emirates. These roles are for oil & gas projects requiring proven Gulf experience (particularly UAE or GCC) in similar environments.
Available Positions and Salaries (AED per month) :

Key Requirements:
- Mandatory Gulf experience in oil & gas (shutdown, maintenance, EPC, or petrochemical projects preferred).
- Relevant trade qualifications (ITI/Diploma preferred) and certifications (e.g., welding CS, rigging Level 1/2).
- Hands-on skills in carbon steel (CS) welding, pipe fabrication, structural/mechanical fitting, millwright tasks, and safe rigging operations.
- Ability to read drawings, use tools/equipment, and adhere to high safety standards in hazardous environments.
- Valid passport and readiness for immediate mobilization.
These salaries are base figures; overtime, allowances, and project bonuses may apply, common in Descon’s UAE assignments.
