• Scaffolders – 1100 to 1350 + OT
• Mobile Crane Operators – 2000 to 2800 + OT
• Industrial Forklift Operators – 1500 to 2100 + OT
• CNC Cutting Machine Operators – 1500 to 1800 + OT
• Manual Lathe Machine Operators – 1300 to 1600 + OT

Fabrication & Welding Roles

• Structural Fabricators – 1500 to 1900 + OT
• Pipe Fabricator – 1600 to 2000 + 350
• Gouger + Welder – 1600 to 2000 + 350
• TIG & ARC Welders – 1600 to 2000 + 350

Supervisor & Skilled Roles

• Fabrication Supervisor – 6000
• Painting Supervisor (NACE Level II) – 6500 to 8100

Other Roles

• Machinist – 1500 to 1900 + OT
• Spray Painter – 1300 to 1700 + OT
• Sand Blasters – 1200 to 1700 + OT

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the same field
• Valid UAE driving license (for applicable roles)
• Skilled in:
  • Scaffolding and safety (PPE)
  • Fabrication and technical drawings
  • CNC machining, lathe, milling, and boring operations
