Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Indian nationality
- Age between 22 and 45 years
- Facilities Management (FM) or large-scale maintenance experience required
- GCC construction experience will not be considered
- Relevant technical experience in the applied position
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills
Special Requirements
MEP Supervisor
- UAE Facilities Management experience is mandatory
- Local Indian maintenance experience will not be accepted
- Strong supervisory and team management skills required
BMS Operator
- GCC Facilities Management or Maintenance experience preferred
- Home country experience in large facilities such as hotels, malls, and hospitals may also be considered
- Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS)
A/C Technician
Candidates should have experience in:
- Chilled Water Systems
- Package Units
- VRF Systems
- VAV Systems
Note: Window A/C and Split A/C experience alone will not be accepted.
