Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant fields such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Railway Engineering
- Minimum 5 to 20 years of experience in railway projects
- Experience in areas like:
- Track laying and alignment
- Ballast, sleepers, and rail installation
- Railway electrification and signaling
- Civil structures (bridges, stations, culverts)
- Maintenance of Way (MOW) operations
Preferred Certifications
Candidates with the following certifications will have an advantage:
- QA/QC certifications
- HSE certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH)
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2)
Skills Required
- Strong technical and project management skills
- Knowledge of railway standards and safety regulations
- Ability to handle large-scale infrastructure projects
- Good communication skills in English
