- Minimum 2 years of experience as Executive Sous Chef
- Executive Sous Chef
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel, strong expertise in hot kitchen operations including soups, meats, seafood, and poultry
- Sous Chef – Hot Kitchen (A La Carte)
- Strong expertise in preparing meat, poultry, seafood, sauces, and garnishes
- Food Carving Chef (Fruit & Vegetable Carving Specialist)
- Develop themes and presentation styles for special occasions
- Artisan Sandwich Chef
- Expertise in creating premium sandwiches, panini, and artisan breads with innovative fillings
- CDP Hot Kitchen
- Expertise in preparing and supervising meat, poultry, seafood, and garnishes
- Commis 1 – Cold Kitchen
- Skilled in preparing salads, cold appetizers, charcuterie, and basic hors d’oeuvres

Notes:
- Candidates must have a minimum 2-5 years of experience in the same role and experience in only 4- or 5-star hotels or high-volume venues.
