Key Requirements
- 5–7+ years of maintenance experience in injection molding (preferably Husky machines)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- Strong knowledge of injection molding systems and safe maintenance practices
Technical Skills Required
- Hands-on troubleshooting in:
- Hydraulics (pumps, valves, pressure issues, leaks)
- Pneumatics (air circuits, solenoids, regulators)
- Electrical systems (motors, heaters, sensors, relays, wiring)
- Maintenance of auxiliary equipment:
- Dryer systems
- Loaders
- Chillers / TCU
- Cooling circuits
- Air compressors
- Vacuum systems
This role is ideal for experienced maintenance engineers in PET bottle manufacturing plants.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
Experience Required
- 3–5 years of experience in injection molding operations
- Strong knowledge of:
- Injection molding settings
- Cycle time optimization
- Cooling systems
- Pressure & temperature control
Additional Skills
- Husky machine operation & troubleshooting
- Alarm handling
- Start-up procedures
- Changeovers
- Maintenance knowledge (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic basics)
- Mold & hot runner systems awareness
- Heaters
- Thermocouples
- Gate issues
- Cleaning & handling
This is a high-demand role for candidates experienced in PET preform production.
Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years as Machine Operator in:
- Water factory
- Juice factory
- Soft drink plant
Machinery Experience Preferred
- Sacmi Combi Machine
- ErgoBloc L Krones
- Filling Machines
- Blowing Machines
- Labelling Machines
- Palletizer systems
Candidates with beverage production line experience will have strong preference.
