Available Quantity Surveyor Positions

The company is currently hiring for the following roles:

1. Quantity Surveyor – Civil / Structural & Architectural

Responsible for cost estimation, contract management, and quantity take-offs in civil and structural construction projects.

2. Quantity Surveyor – E&I / Communication

Focus on electrical, instrumentation, and communication systems, including project costing and BOQ preparation.

3. Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical / Piping & HVAC

Handles mechanical systems, piping works, and HVAC project estimation and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and MTO (Material Take-Off)
• Cost estimation and budgeting
• Contract administration and project documentation
• Coordination with engineering and project teams
• Ensuring compliance with project standards and specifications

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC projects
• Preference for candidates with Saudi Aramco project experience
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SAES standards
  • BOQ preparation
  • Cost estimation
  • Contract administration
• Experience in:
  • Mechanical, piping, and HVAC systems
  • Electrical, instrumentation, and communication
  • Civil, structural, and architectural works
