Job Descriptions & Eligibility Criteria
1. MEP Engineer – Facilities Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2–6 years experience in MEP operations within Facilities Management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, LV/MV electrical systems, and plumbing
2. Low Current Supervisor / Technician – Facilities Management
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or IT
- 2–6 years experience in low current systems
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), and Access Control
3. Electrical Technician – Facilities Management
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in FM electrical maintenance
- Hands-on experience with low voltage (LV) systems
4. Civil Technician – Facilities Management
- Diploma or relevant qualification
- 2–6 years experience in civil maintenance within FM
- Knowledge of concrete repair, painting, masonry, carpentry, and finishes
5. Civil Engineer – Facilities Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2–6 years experience in civil maintenance within FM
- Strong knowledge of concrete repair, painting, masonry, carpentry, and finishes
