Senior Fire Alarm Technician Requirements

Candidates applying for Senior Fire Alarm Technician positions should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in installation and maintenance of commercial fire alarm systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Knowledge of Honeywell, Firelite, and Notifier panels
• Experience in installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of:
  • Fire alarm panels
  • Detectors
  • Sprinklers
  • Extinguishers
  • Hydrants
  • FM 200 systems
  • Fire separation systems

Fire Alarm Technician Requirements

• High School Diploma, ITI, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in fire alarm systems
• Knowledge of Honeywell, Siemens, Notifier, or Bosch panels preferred
• Experience in installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair fire alarm system faults
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring

Fire Alarm Supervisor Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• Strong knowledge of fire alarm panels, detectors, and wiring systems
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and inspection of fire alarm systems
• 3 to 6 years of experience in fire alarm projects
• Gulf experience preferred
• Ability to supervise installation and maintenance of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems

Mechanical Supervisor Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 4 to 7 years of experience in fire protection systems
• Gulf project experience preferred
• Knowledge of firefighting systems, pumps, and basic fire alarm coordination
• Ability to read mechanical and MEP drawings
• Experience supervising installation of:
  • Sprinkler systems
  • Hydrants
  • Hose reels
  • Fire pumps

Mechanical Foreman Requirements

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in firefighting systems
• Experience in installation of sprinkler systems, hydrant lines, hose reels, and firefighting pumps
• Knowledge of pipe routing, supports, valve installation, and pressure testing
• Coordination experience with fire alarm technicians for interface points

Pipe Fitter Requirements

• ITI or relevant technical qualification
• 2 to 4 years of experience in firefighting piping works
• Knowledge of pipe fitting tools and techniques
• Experience installing GI/MS pipes for sprinkler, hydrant, and hose reel systems
• Ability to perform pipe cutting, threading, grooving, and fitting works
• Experience installing valves, hangers, supports, and pipe accessories
