Depending on the selected position, candidates may be responsible for:
- Mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- HVAC servicing and troubleshooting.
- Water system and pump maintenance.
- Generator operation and maintenance.
- Fire alarm and firefighting system maintenance.
- Landscaping and irrigation work.
- Civil maintenance, painting, and carpentry.
- Road cleaning equipment operation.
- Water tanker driving and vehicle operation.
- Hard services and MEP maintenance.
