Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for these Saudi Arabia FM jobs should meet the following requirements:
Supervisor Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Facility Management industry
Technician Requirements
- Diploma or ITI qualification
- Minimum 7 years of experience in FM projects
Assistant Technician Requirements
- Trade Certificate or ITI qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facility Management
Reliever Technician Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience with MEP equipment in FM industry
Soft Services Supervisor Requirements
- Diploma in Hospitality
- BICSc Certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Facility Management or 5-Star Hotel industry
Additional Requirements
The company is looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Facility Management experience mandatory
- Gulf experience preferred
- Basic English communication skills required
Candidates with MEP maintenance, HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, plumbing, and hospitality soft services experience will receive preference during shortlisting.
