- Experience managing staff, contractors, and client coordination
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English
- Prior GCC experience (Non-Saudi GCC experience preferred)
2. Electricians
Salary: SR 1,500
- Experience in construction electrical works
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings
- Knowledge of site safety procedures
3. Masons
Salary: SR 1,200
- Experience in building and finishing works
- Knowledge of construction materials and techniques
4. Assistants
Without Driving License
Salary: SR 1,200
With Driving License
Salary: SR 1,500
- Experience in construction site support work
- Valid driving license required for higher salary category
5. Project Engineers
Salary: SR 4,000
- Minimum 5–7 years similar construction experience
- Strong understanding of project execution
- Ability to manage site coordination and reporting
- Minimum 5–7 years construction experience
- GCC experience preferred
- Ability to work in large government or commercial projects
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Valid passport and relevant documentation
