A leading Facility Maintenance Company is recruiting for the following positions:

Mechanical Department

• Assistant Mechanical Supervisor (Pump)
• Mechanical Technician (Pump Technician)
• Assistant Mechanical (Pump Assistant)

Electrical and Instrumentation Department

• Electrical Technician
• I&C Technician (Instrumentation & Control)

Operations Department

• Process Controller
• Field Operator

These positions are associated with world-class desalination projects in Qatar.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for these positions should possess:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in SWRO (Seawater Reverse Osmosis) systems.
• Experience in desalination plants with capacities of 50 MLD or above.
• For Technician positions, 5 to 7 years of Oil & Gas experience is required.
• Valid passport and supporting documents.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Candidates with previous Gulf experience will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and operating desalination plant equipment.
• Monitoring pumps, motors, and process systems.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensuring smooth operation of electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Maintaining safety and operational standards.
• Supporting plant performance and efficiency.
