1. Senior Project Manager (Electrical & Mechanical)

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in MEP contracting
• Experience in high-rise buildings, hospitals, or industrial facilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review
• Experience in MS Project or Primavera for project scheduling
• Strong expertise in HV/LV Electrical Systems and Fire Protection Systems
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Preferred Skills:

• Project planning and execution
• Budget control and cost management
• Team leadership and coordination
• Client and consultant communication

2. Maintenance Engineer (Electrical & Mechanical)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS Office
• Experience in Building Services and MEP background

3. Fire Protection Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance
• Handle fire pumps, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm systems
• Site-based execution and monitoring

Experience Required:

• 7–10 years of experience in fire protection systems
• Experience with diesel fire pump systems
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

4. Senior Fire Alarm Technician

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in fire alarm system installation and commissioning
• Experience integrating fire alarm systems with:
  • Fire pumps and sprinkler systems
  • Smoke control and pressurization systems
  • Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS)

5. Senior AC Technician (HVAC)

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Technical Qualification in Air-Conditioning or Refrigeration
• Minimum 5 years in commercial and industrial HVAC systems

Technical Expertise:

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of screw and centrifugal chillers (Carrier, Trane, or equivalent)
• Centralized chilled water systems (chillers, pumps, AHUs, valves, controls)
• Testing, commissioning, and performance troubleshooting
• Experience in VRF/VRV systems is an added advantage
