Position Responsibilities
BIM Modeler (Pre-Casting Department)
- Create and manage BIM models for precast construction projects.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with engineering and construction teams.
- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Industrial Electrician (High Voltage)
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.
- Work on high-voltage equipment and power distribution systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
HVAC / Chiller Technician
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems.
- Maintain chiller plants and refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and energy efficiency.
Senior HVAC / Chiller Specialist
- Lead HVAC maintenance teams.
- Troubleshoot complex chiller and cooling systems.
- Plan preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should ideally have:
- Relevant ITI, Diploma, Degree, or Technical Qualification.
- Experience in the same trade or industry.
- Good troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work in an international project environment.
- Valid experience certificates and supporting documents.
