Key Positions Available :

The recruitment drive prioritizes candidates with hands-on expertise in solar PV projects. Here are the primary roles and essential qualifications:

• Foreman – Electrical Candidates must have proven experience in DC/string cabling, MV/MVPS cabling, termination, earthing, and leading electrical teams on solar projects.
• Electricians Required skills include LVDC/string cabling, MC4 termination, inverter station works, MV cabling, auxiliary wiring, and earthing in solar environments.
• Foreman – Civil Experience in solar project civil works, including piling, concreting, alignment, and concrete finishing, is mandatory.
• Land Surveyors (DGPS) Applicants need a diploma in surveying, proficiency with DGPS, total station, auto level, AutoCAD, and prior work on solar or substation projects.
• Surveyor Technicians Must have experience assisting surveys, operating total station/GPS/auto level equipment, and preparing accurate site measurements.
• Mechanical Technicians (Fitter & Post Alignment) Expertise required in solar piling post alignment, tracker and module installation, inverter/skid shifting, and measurement tasks.
• Supervisors (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) Diploma in the relevant discipline, plus experience supervising solar civil works, mechanical tracker/module activities, or electrical LVDC/string works.
• Lifting Supervisors Experience in lifting operations up to 40 tons, with valid TUV rigger Level II or equivalent third-party certification.
• Augering Operators Hands-on experience operating augering machines for solar project piling works.
• Laser Operators Proficiency in operating laser equipment for surveying, alignment, and level control in solar projects.
