A leading Petroleum / Petrochemical Process Plant in Kuwait is urgently hiring experienced supervisory professionals. Interviews are currently in progress, and selected candidates will receive immediate departure.
This opportunity is ideal for senior professionals with extensive refinery and petrochemical maintenance experience.

1. Supervisor – Refractory Maintenance
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise refractory works for process equipment such as heaters, reactors, boilers, regenerators
- Removal of old refractory lining
- Surface preparation and anchoring system installation
- Application of new refractory lining as per engineering drawings
- Equipment handover for boxing up
2. Supervisor – Valve Shop
Responsibilities include:
- Direct and supervise valve shop personnel
- Oversee disassembly, reassembly, and testing of safety/relief valves
- Supervise maintenance of isolation valves, motor-operated block valves, flow regulating valves, and level gauges
- Daily reporting of shop activities
3. Supervisor – Welding & Fabrication
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise electric arc, inert gas, and acetylene welding
- Manage fabrication and blacksmith work activities
- Direct personnel in welding and fabrication shop
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline
- Minimum 10 years experience in petroleum refinery or petrochemical complex
- At least 5 years experience in supervisory role
- Strong technical knowledge in respective discipline
- Ability to manage teams and plant maintenance operations
