Job Responsibilities

The selected Interior Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed interior design drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for various commercial and residential projects. The role requires close coordination with design teams, project managers, and site personnel to ensure accurate project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing detailed interior fit-out drawings.
• Creating furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) layouts.
• Developing shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinating design specifications and project requirements.
• Producing accurate AutoCAD and BIM-based drawings.
• Supporting project teams with design revisions and updates.

Required Qualifications

Candidates applying for this position should possess:

• Interior Designer Diploma or Degree.
• Architectural qualification preferred.
• Strong technical drafting and detailing skills.
• Professional proficiency in AutoCAD.
• BIM Certification.
• Good understanding of interior design concepts and standards.

Experience Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment).

• Knowledge of drafting standards and construction detailing.
