This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong GCC project exposure and proven experience on 2000–3000 HP high-spec rigs.

- Rotation: 35 Days On / 35 Days Off
- Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
- GCC Experience: Mandatory

Open Positions & Required Experience
Operation Manager – 15 Years Experience
- Minimum 5 years in multi-rig unconventional drilling leadership
- Oversees operational performance, cost control, manpower planning
- KPI monitoring and client coordination
- Ensures full compliance across all rigs
Rig Manager – 12 Years Experience
- 5 years as Rig Manager on 2000+ HP rigs
- Responsible for complete rig operations
- Crew performance management and maintenance coordination
- Execution of unconventional drilling programs
HSE Manager – 12 Years Experience
- Minimum 5 years as HSE Manager/Supervisor on high-spec rigs
- Implements HSE systems across rigs
- Conducts audits, investigations, and compliance checks
- Coordinates with client safety teams
Toolpusher – 12 Years Experience
- 3–4 years as Toolpusher on high-spec rigs
- Supervises daily drilling activities
- Ensures drilling plan execution
- Monitors safety and operational performance
Driller – 8 to 10 Years Experience
- 3 years as Driller on high-spec rigs
- Experience operating 2000–3000 HP rigs
- Handles drilling parameters (ROP, WOB, torque, pumps)
- Manages BOP and well control operations
Assistant Driller – 6 to 8 Years Experience
- 2 years as Assistant Driller on 2000+ HP rigs
- Assists in unconventional drilling operations
- Supports well control and rig floor supervision
