Job Positions and Descriptions
- API Inspector / OAI
- B.Sc Eng./Mech., Min 10 yrs. exp. in Oil & Gas industry, API 510 & API 570 certifications required, experience in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, air coolers, furnaces, columns, and reactors
- Welding Inspector – CSWIP 3.2.2 / OAI
- Deg./Dip. Mech or Metallurgical Eng., Min 12 yrs. exp. in Oil & Gas industry, CSWIP 3.2.2 certification, 5+ yrs. in welding inspection of pressure vessels and piping
- Inspector Corrosion / OAI
- B.Sc Eng./Mech., Min 10 yrs. shutdown exp. in Oil & Gas industry, API 510 & API 570 certifications, experience in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, air coolers, furnaces, columns, and reactors
- Coating Inspector / OAI
- Coating Inspector shall have Deg./Dip. in Mech. or Civil Eng., Min 10 yrs. exp. in coating inspection in Oil & Gas industry, He shall be participating in minimum two (2) TA for similar position in Oil & Gas
- PSV Inspector / OAI
- Dip. In Mech., eight (8) yrs. industrial exp. in valves and with minimum three (3) yrs. PSV overhauling, calibration inspection exp. (both manual and digital testing equipment) in refinery/petrochemical industries
- Inspection Field Readiness & Planning Technician / OAI
- Dip. Mech., able to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings, Piping Isometric Drawings, P & ID, equipment manuals and other technical papers. In seven (07) years of exp. in Oil & Gas industry, familiar with all Static Equipment stagewise Inspection for Heat Exchanger, Air Fin Cooler, Vessel, Heater, Reactor, Column. Knowledge of API 510 is an advantage
- Data Entry Operator / OAI
- Dip. / Graduate in Science/Mech. Exp in MS Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Visio is mandatory. 3 yrs. exp. in NDT data entry/NDT data management
- Refractory Inspector / OCC
- Dip. in Ceramic / Civil Eng. with ten (10) yrs. exp. in Oil & Gas field with in refractory inspection specific to RFCC process unit. Candidate shall have NACE Level 3 certification seven (07) Shutdown/TA as inspection technician
- 6.58 Material Engineer (REF DIV: OAT)
- Material Engr., min. B.Sc., Deg./Mech., Oil & Gas Pressure vessels/static equipment maint. International Materials standards & reading Equipment drawings, Piping GA, Isometric with CMMS (Computerized Maint. Management systems such as SAP/MAXIMO) 10 years’ exp. in Oil & Gas
- 6.59 Material Coordinator (REF DIV: OAT)
- Material coordinator min. Dip. Mech., knowledge of Oil & Gas Pressure vessels/static equipment maintenance. He shall have knowledge in international Materials standards and specifications Equipment drawings, piping GA and isometric drawings. Shall be familiar with CMMS (SAP/MAXIMO)
- TA Quality Engineer / OAT
- Deg. (Mech. / Chemical), Min Twelve (12) Yrs. exp. in the relevant specialization including Turnarounds in Oil & Gas Field with at least 5 yrs. in Turnaround and Maintenance Project Quality Control/Conversant to Process, Plant and Equipment. Conversant to Process Safety Aspects. Conversant to Inspection
