Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience (Gulf/Africa experience preferred)
• Experience in commercial and high-rise developments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) required

Salary: USD 4000 – 5000

2. Civil Designer Engineer

Candidates with strong civil and structural design experience are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• 8 to 10 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of structural and civil drawings
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD

Salary: USD 3000 – 4000

3. Mechanical Designer Engineer

This role requires expertise in mechanical systems design for buildings.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit

Salary: USD 3000 – 4000

4. Electrical Designer Engineer

Ideal for engineers specializing in electrical and ELV systems.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience
• Experience in LV/MV systems and ELV (CCTV, fire alarm)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
