The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing façade design and estimation proposals.
- Estimating costs for aluminium, glass, and cladding works.
- Coordinating architectural façade projects.
- Preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs.
- Working closely with project managers, architects, and clients.
- Ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Candidates should have experience in:
- Facade Design & Estimation
- Aluminium Works
- Glass Works
- Cladding Systems
- Office Partitions
- Architectural Façade & Finishing Works
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in façade engineering and estimation.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Ability to prepare project estimates and coordinate with engineering teams.
- Indian nationals are preferred, as mentioned in the recruitment advertisement.
