- Multi MEP Tech: 20 positions, Salary: 1500 AED
- Civil Technician: 50 positions, Salary: 1250 AED
- Plumber: 30 positions, Salary: 1250 AED
- BMS Operator: 20 positions, Salary: 1500 – 2000 AED
- BMS Technician: 30 positions, Salary: 1500 – 2000 AED
- Chiller Technician: 10 positions, Salary: 1500 – 2000 AED
