- Strong analytical, financial modeling, presentation skills
- Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, strategic partnerships
Finance Director – Diversified Group :
Job Overview
Lead broad finance responsibilities across Nigeria & Western Africa | Oversee treasury, budgeting, forecasting, M&A, investor relations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Accountancy/Business + MBA or ACA/ACCA/CFA
- 20+ years commercial experience in FMCG, Banking, Telecoms, Blue-Chip
- 10+ years as CFO/Finance Director in reputable institutions
- Proven track record in revenue growth, cost control, treasury
- Strong leadership, analytical, project management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop long & short-term revenue growth strategies
- Seek market opportunities, conditions, associated businesses
- Provide strategic direction to Sales Directors
- Lead commercial business performance
- Monitor group financial indicators, treasury, cash flow
- Empower & motivate sales teams
