Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Welded Tubular Mill Inspector, your responsibilities will include:

• WPS / PQR review
• Fit-up inspection
• Welding parameter monitoring
• NDT witnessing
• Dimensional inspection
• Visual inspection
• Final release reporting

Preferred Experience

• Experience in LSAW / HSAW Pipe Mills preferred
• Strong understanding of welding codes and procedures
• Experience in oil & gas or pipe manufacturing industry

Job Role & Responsibilities

The Weld Overlay Inspector will handle:

• Pre-weld inspection
• Welding parameter monitoring
• PT / UT / PMI witnessing
• Hardness testing
• Dimensional checks
• Final documentation & reporting

Required Experience

• Experience in Weld Overlay / Cladding
• Materials knowledge: Inconel 625, SS 316L
• Strong NDT background

Candidates must have:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
• 10–15 Years of Relevant Experience

To qualify for these China welding inspection jobs, candidates must have:

• CWI (American Welding Society QC1) OR CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2
• ASNT Level III (RT / UT / MPI / PT)
• Knowledge of:
  • AWS D1.1
  • API RP 2A
  • ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section IX
  • ASME B31.3
  • API 6A
