Job Requirements :
HVAC Technicians
- Minimum 5 years of experience in chilled water systems, package units, high-rise buildings, or hospital environments.
- ITI (NCVT) in Refrigeration & Air-conditioning or equivalent certification.
Electricians
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems.
- ITI (NCVT) in Electrical Trade or equivalent certification.
MEP Foreman/Supervisor
- Minimum 10 years of diploma-holding experience in MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) projects.
- Candidates should have skills in managing shifts, delegating tasks, and coordinating with multidisciplinary crafts and foremen.
Civil Draftsman
- ITI (NCVT) or Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship with at least 3 years of experience.
- Must prepare and present drawings for client reviews and incorporate modifications as needed.
