Eligibility Criteria

• BE in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• Experience in Oil & Gas maintenance / shutdown / turnaround projects
• Offshore refinery project experience required
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• GAMCA Medical test mandatory
• GCC experience preferred

Key Responsibilities (General Overview)

• Lead and manage offshore shutdown activities
• Coordinate planning, execution, and completion of maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC standards
• Manage workforce and subcontractors
• Oversee project documentation and reporting
• Ensure adherence to UAE labor law and offshore safety protocols
