| Field Engineer | Engineering Degree/Diploma with offshore construction & maintenance experience |
| Rigger | Valid offshore rigging/lifting certification with vessel/barge lifting experience |
| Marine Mechanic | Qualified marine diesel mechanic with marine engine and vessel experience |
| Winch Operator | Valid winch/lifting certification with knowledge of wire ropes, lifting gear & SWL requirements |
| Deck Crane Operator | Valid offshore/deck crane operator certification with marine lifting experience |
| Pipe Fitter | Offshore or marine project experience |
| Hydrographic Surveyor | Hydrographic surveying qualification with offshore survey experience |
Marine Crew Requirements
Valid STCW Certification is Mandatory

| Messman | Previous seagoing experience preferred |
| Barge Master | Valid Barge Master Certification with offshore barge experience |
| Technical Manager | Experience in marine technical management and offshore fleet operations |
| Able Seaman | Relevant marine experience |
| Ordinary Seaman | Relevant marine experience |
Candidates should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications or trade certifications.
- Offshore, marine, vessel, or oil & gas project experience.
- Valid offshore certifications where applicable.
- STCW Certification is mandatory for all Marine Crew positions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
