Job Responsibilities
Steel Fixer
- Read and understand structural drawings.
- Cut, bend, and fix reinforcement steel bars.
- Assemble reinforcement cages and frameworks.
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
- Follow workplace safety procedures at all times.
Steel Helper
- Assist steel fixers during reinforcement work.
- Load and unload construction materials.
- Handle tools and equipment safely.
- Support site activities as instructed by supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for these positions should meet the following requirements:
- Relevant experience in construction work is preferred.
- Physically fit for site work.
- Willing to work in Dubai under a 2-year contract.
- Age between 22 and 35 years.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Candidates with Gulf construction experience may receive preference during the selection process.
