• Degree or Diploma (minimum 3 years) in the relevant trade.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M).
• Experience in Airports, Hospitals, Palaces, or High-Rise Building projects.
• Good knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Operators and drivers must possess a valid Saudi Driving License.
• Gulf experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or Arabic.
